Nearly 100 scholars from all parts of the world specialising in multimodality will be present at TICOM so that there will be ample opportunity for publishers to interact with potential authors. In addition, there will be a Book Day on May 27th 2006, where selected books will be presented by the author(s). The Book Day  will be co-ordinated by Robin Fawcett.

We will put publishers' flyers in the conference folder free of charge. We will provide a collective table/area for flyers and catalogues for publishers free of charge but with no responsibilities on our part: we won't return any spares. We will also provide an individual space for book/flyer/catalogue displays if a publisher sends a delegate to look after this. The delegate takes responsibility for books but we will have a lock-up arrangement to avoid books being unattended at certain times. Again there will be no extra charge: publishers enrol like any other delegate and take part in the planned events.
